From this year (2009):

Price per person: $145
$135 if paid by one month before the event.

Price includes: A round of golf with carts, beer and food at the turn, a steak dinner and all the stout (or other drinks) one could want, and entry to first hole prize.

After the round golfers will retire to the AOH hall in Massapequa for a steak dinner prepared on a rather large BBQ.  Stout, beer, soda, etc will also be available.

There will also be raffles, a 60/40, and other entertainment.
